Thank you for shopping with Gothic Stitch Archive. Below you’ll find information about order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches, promotional periods, or holidays, preparation may take longer than usual. If an order is expected to experience a significant delay, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations and Rates
Gothic Stitch Archive ships to the destinations available during checkout.
Shipping options, costs, and any available promotions are displayed before payment. If your country or region cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout whenever available and begin once your order has been dispatched.
All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, peak-season demand, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@gothicstitcharchive.com. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Gothic Stitch Archive is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Split Shipments
Items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation or tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping fees unless agreed in advance.
International Orders, Customs and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also extend the estimated delivery time.
Gothic Stitch Archive cannot alter customs declarations or mark commercial orders as gifts.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@gothicstitcharchive.com with your order number.
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery location and surrounding area.
- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Contact the carrier for delivery details.
- Email us if the package remains missing.
We will help investigate the shipment, although the carrier’s investigation and resolution procedures may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact info@gothicstitcharchive.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of:
- The external packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged item
- Any damage inside the parcel
Please retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, non-collection, or refusal may require an additional shipping payment before they can be resent.
Any refund for a returned shipment will be handled according to our Refund Policy. Original shipping charges and costs incurred because of the return may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
